The first Chamber Car Cruise will take place on Main Street Saturday night (rain date Sunday). Live music by the WIXY 1260 Band.

As a reminder: Traffic laws are still in effect during Yard Sale Weekend. There is no parking on either side of SR 88 (South Street/North Street) or SR 82 (Windham Street/State Street). Also keep an eye out for pedestrians crossing in unexpected locations.

Our next Chamber of Commerce meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 1st at 7:30 AM. The meeting will be hosted by the Garrettsville McDonalds. Attendees will receive their 2019 Window Decal, and a nomination form for the 2019 Chamber Awards. As always guests are welcome.

Need More Books? Friends of the Garrettsville Library Book Sale The Friends of the Garrettsville Library will hold a book sale from Friday, April 26 through Saturday, May 4. Sale begins with a special preview sale for Friends members only on the 26th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. You may join the Friends for $5 at the door to attend preview sale. Book sale will then open to the public from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm that same day. Book sale hours then continue 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (April 27); 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (April 29 - May 1); 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (May 3); and then 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (May 4). On Saturday, May 4, it will be “$1 a Bag” all day. Please note that no donations will be accepted during the book sale. Don’t miss this opportunity to add to your own personal library’s collection and help support a great cause, as proceeds from book sales are used to help support branch library programs and activities.
