The Garrettsville Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting sealed proposals for the construction of a public stage at the Buckeye Block in downtown Garrettsville, Ohio. The project includes all site preparation, permitting, and inspections.
Completion Deadline: December 1, 2025
Pre-Bid Meeting: Friday, May 30, 2025, at 8:00 AM
Location: Cellar Door Coffee Company, 8138 Water Street, Garrettsville, OH
Bid Opening: Monday, June 30, 2025, at 8:00 AM at the same location
All interested contractors must be licensed, bonded, and comply with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements. Proposals must be submitted in triplicate, with a digital copy provided on a flash drive. References for at least three similar projects and proof of insurance are required. A performance guarantee will also be required.
