Fall Festival

The Garrettsville Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the return of the Chamber Fall Festival & Chili Cookoff for its second year, set to take place on Saturday, October 21, from 11 am to 3 pm on Buckeye Block in downtown Garrettsville.

Building on the success of last year’s event, this year’s Fall Festival promises a day filled with family-friendly fun and delicious chili, as well as a creative scarecrow pageant and more.

Fall Festival Highlights Include:

Mums and Apple Cider: Enjoy the vibrant colors of fall with fresh mums and sip on some delightful apple cider.

Fry Pies: Satisfy your sweet tooth with a variety of fry pies available at the event.

Live Music and Entertainment: Groove to the tunes and enjoy captivating entertainment throughout the festival.

Face Painting: Let your kids’ imaginations run wild with colorful face painting.

Scarecrow Pageant Voting: Calling all area businesses, residents, and teachers! Create your own original scarecrow and enter it in the Chamber’s scarecrow pageant. Scarecrows must be free-standing and dropped off at Buckeye Block. Prizes will be awarded for three categories – Spookiest, Funniest, or Most Creative.

Chili Cookoff: The Chili Cookoff is back, and last year’s competition was intense! Eight chili chefs vied for bragging rights and amazing trophies, offering both traditional-style and venison chili for attendees to savor. Tasting cups and bowls of chili will be available for purchase at the event.
